No, Joyce, I haven't hit the jackpot, but I'm only lost 50 cents. The first time, when I ate dinner there was poker machine in front of you. I put in $1. and won $1.50 on my first hand. Since I was ahead, I decided it was time to cash out. If ahead, stop. Another time walking through a casino to get to another street, I put in $1 and got $1 back. I should have stopped, but I put the $1 back and it kept it. ONly money I've lost. My biggest win was I was stopped to go view a time share for $50 cash and two tickets to a buffet. After getting there and filling out the paper work, I had to provide ID and a major credit card. I had left credit cards at home and only had a check card, which they would not accept. Without taking the tour, I was given $50 and the two tickets. I consider this a big win.

I guess you've all gotten the email about Chris coming home (we pray). He is suppose to be going by convoy on the 18th to Kuiwait. This is where some of the attacks have happened, so please keep him and all the others in your prayers especially hard that date. We'll be in Macon for Cortlyn's birthday and Michelle says we'll be on our knees. She got to see him last weekend on video conferenceing and said he looked great, a little thin, but still looked great. She said she could tell when he saw her, his eyes lit up. She was so excited. She's planning to quit her job.

I'll be back home Sunday in Newport News around 9:45 am. It's been really hot here, about 110 degrees. Ricky and Bertha, we are coming back. I have some ideas how and we'll make it happen.

Joyce, Hope you and Ed have a great trip. Love all you guys. Margaret
Well, we'll be leaving for Pensacola today as soon after lunch as work permits us to leave. My backside should be a little wider after sitting for all these miles. Ed and I will take turns driving even though I'm sure he'll drive most of the time as it's one of his favorite things to do.
Cathy and Jeremy are also leaving today for a few days at the Isom extended family vacation in Sunset Beach. They should be back by Tuesday.
Talk to everyone when we get back. (well, not everyone but some of you)

Hope that everyone had a nice 4th. We certainly did. Had a nice visit from Dad and Joan during the day and then went to a Hawaiian luau that evening followed by a huge display of fireworks at a friend's home. We went out on the boat Saturday and received a surprise visit from Barry who spent Saturday night with us.

We are busy getting ready to go on vacation. We'll be visiting Lynn Casper in Pensacola, then on to Orlando to be with Tom, Linda and the kids, and then on to Savannah to see Norma. Checked with AAA this morning and found out we'll be putting at least 2000 miles on Ed's truck. We'll probably need a vacation when we get home, but it'll be nice to get away and also to see everyone.

Wonder if Margaret has struck the jackpot yet!
