Just so everyone knows our schedule and where to reach us if needed. We leave tomorrow for Hickory and will be there until Sunday. On Sunday we as well as Howie's family will leave for Macon to be with Chris and his family. We will celebrate Mandi's birthday on Tuesday and will drive back home on Wednesday. Chris called last night to wish Gene and I a happy anniversary. He's looking forward to being home for Christmas. I believe he gets home tonight and will have off until the 2nd or 3rd I believe. Hope everyone has a great Christmas. Margaret

Ed
There's really nothing to report on the doctor's visit today. Just the initial visit with the exact same questions that we've answered, it seems like 50 times. I told Ed we just need to type up the answers and just hand them to the doctor. When did the symptons start, how much do you smoke, how much do you drink, do you have any pain, have you lost any weight, what medications do you take, blah, blah, blah. Here's your $40 co-pay. We see a surgeon here tomorrow who will be putting in the port for the chemo. Not tomorrow though. Tomorrow is just the initial visit with the same questions and the $40 co-pay.
Ed doesn't plan to start anything till the first of the year. We did like the doctor today though, Dr Thannikkary. She has a son who graduated with Cathy.
We hope that Kyle is 100% by Christmas. And we tried to tell you Howie, but you just wouldn't listen. Live and learn, I always say.
I'm going to bed now. Can you tell I get a little grumpy when I get sleepy? Okay, a LOT grumpy.
