.

Barry, It was nice to hear from you on the blogg. We missed you camping. Don't have time right now, but will share some of the memories shared last weekend, later. After reading Cathy's about she and Hannah's visit with me, it made me remember when Christy and a friend came to visit and I took them to see Blue Lagoon, which I believe was rated PG13. Neither of them were 13. Last weekend Christy said that was the first time that she had seen a naked male butt. It made me realize that I soon have to retire, so my own grandchildren can come to stay with me. Hope to be able to do that maybe by next April, our annual meeting, but don't tell my boss. She has made me promise her that I will give her plenty of notice, which I will, but I don't think I could stand 5 months of teaching her what I do. Also don't tell Gene, I don't want him to panic. Of course, Michelle had a solution to that also, they would move here and I could teach her how to do my job and I could take care of the children, making memories every day. I told her, I'd pass on that one. Love the kids, but don't want to be full time sitter. Margaret, Grammy

I was speaking of the sites which use inappropriate words like "damn", of course. Wouldn't want to corrupt little Howie's mind.
Happy Birthday today to Dad who is 84 years young!
Why don't we start writing our memories on the blog as we think of them? Margaret, maybe you could share some of the ones that were written down at the camping trip also.
I plan to serve Ed leftover spaghetti tonight like we had on our wedding night at Mama Diangelo's in Newport News on 10/22/67. So romantic!
What are all these inappropriate sites you find so interesting, Mom?

Fixed the blog template so the words don't run offscreen -- sorry it took so long. Happy anniversaries all around (Bertha & Ricky, Mom & Dad ... anyone else?).

Love to all.

Howard, there are much more interesting sites than ours out there. Not sure what ages are included in your technology class. If it is kids, some of the more interesting ones may not be appropriate.

Enjoyed this weekend so much. I'm glad all of my family was able to be there. If the wind had just not been blowing so much. Thanks Joyce for all that you do for us to be able to go camping. I promise I'll plan the menues and bring Saturday night dinner next year. Also thanks to all who share family memories. After we left, Gene said that he would not go again if we went in October, it was just too cold. We stopped at Ralph's for barbeque to take home and Chris, Michelle and family were there getting ready to leave. They had lunch and was getting some to take home. I slept all the way home. It was beautiful weather when we got home. After finishing unpacking, I worked in our back yard and also washed my car. I was tired, but it felt so good. I think I'm finally going to get my bedroom painted this week so I can move back upstairs. (notice I'm going to get it painted, not that I;m going to paint). I think those days are over for me. It'll feel good being back upstairs.

I have to share a horrible incident, or what could have been horrible with all of you. Yesterday, when going home from work, I was driving down Granby Street, where the speed limit is 15. As I was in an insection, I saw a car flying down a side street towards me. He or she had a stop sign. Luckly I didn't have time to react, because I would probably have stopped and gotten hit. They slammed on brakes, when they saw me, brakes squeeling and then swearved (sp) behind me. I went back by there, there were skid marks 12 to 14 feet long. I wonder how fast you have to be going to leave skid marks that long and it still now have stopped you. I thanked God and I cried.

I love all of you guys. Margaret
