Dad's birthday

Dad will be 90 years old on Friday, October 22, 2010. I texted many of you to get you thinking about your suggestions for a celebration. Our first conflict is that Margaret said that she can not come on Saturday, the 23, and Howard can only come on a Saturday. Does that mean that we need to plan it on the weekend (Saturday the16th) before his birthday? I don't know. I asked Dad and Joan to begin talking and thinking of a celebration plan that would please Dad...since it is his birthday. Everybody, check your calendar and let's set the date SOON so we can all plan to attend.

Camping

Just a thought.....

Not sure where we are about camping on the weekend of the 25th. I received some positive feedback from some but not everyone.
Another idea is later in October. Christie & I and families went to Green Acres last year for the Halloween carnival weekend (1 of 2) and had a great time! They have lots of activities for the kids. Click on the link below for more info and let me know what you think. www.greenacresnc.com
