For those who may not have heard. I got great news today. The results of my bronchoscopy was negative for cancer, negative for TB and negative for a fungus. Although he had told me on Wednesday that it could take weeks for a fungus to show. He said today that they kept the test or whatever for 4 weeks to make sure that nothing else developed. That is a load off my mind and you can be sure I'd like to give the doctor from the emergency room a piece of my mind. He was way out of line to tell me what he did. You can be sure that for a few days I was really frightened. I'm trying to use something that I heard on Oprah about the book and movie "The Secret". It said that when you are going through a difficult time or have been through a difficult time, to stop and ask yourself, what am I learning or what am I suppose to learn from this. One thing that I know for sure is that I have such a strong support network and that I am so blessed for the family and friends that I have. Of course, I knew that from the accident, but this incident has shown this to me again. I thank each of you for your support and prayers. Margaret

I had my scope today. Everything went well; no results yet. Dr. Bowers said that he would call me on Friday. If it's a fungus, he said it could take 5 -6 weeks to get results. Thanks for the prayers.
