Chris is home!!

Don't know whether everyone got the news or not. Chris got home today early in morning. He had today off, but will have to go in for at least half a day for about two weeks for what I'll call debriefing, probably wrong word. Then he'll have about 30 days off. I think I've gotten this right. We appreciate all of the prayers for his safe return. We're looking forward to seeing him.

I talked to Ed this morning. He sounded as if he felt better. Cathy told Howie and Lol that he has something to help him sleep and with being able to sleep more, he's feeling better.

Post Surgery update

First I would like to thank Jeremy and Cathy for hosting Lol and I last night. We had a great time visiting and playing with the twins. The surgery was an apparent success. I had a rough time after the surgery due to the anastesia. Felt very woosy and I do not remember much about Lol and the nurse talking. I went back this morning for the post-op. meeting and the Dr. said everything looks good so far. The pressure is right where he wants it to be. I go back next Wednesday for my next follow up. He said we will know in 4-6 weeks wether my vision will get back to normal or not. Keep your fingers crossed.
