| 1 Bag of Lentils 2 containers of Low Sodium Chicken Broth | |
| 2 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | tsp. minced garlic |
| 1 | cup chopped onion |
| 1 | cup chopped celery |
| 1 | cup chopped carrots |
| 1 1/2 | cup chopped tomatoes |
| 2 | tbs. dry red wine |
| 2 | tbs. lemon juice |
| 1 | tbs. vinegar |
Cook on Low for about 40 minutes (or more) Add tomatoes near the end.
