Ben, I tried your recipe yesterday. It was pretty good. I didn't use the low sodium broth, but I did add the salt. I don't think the salt was necessary without the low sodium broth though. I have several containers leftover in my freezer.

A bowl of lentil soup plus a side order of souse, please. ummmm good.
