Bertha, Don't know anything concerning the $10. amount, but I thought we were doing the gag gift. I thought so, since I already have my gifts. Are you not planning to go to Ima Jean's on the 4th?
I enjoyed my visit with Chris' family and also with Howie's family. Michelle's mother, Beverly, came on Saturday and we celebrated Thanksgiving. Of course I ate too much. Joyce, I have to share my pecan pie story with you. The recipe said to cook 25 to 30 minutes. At 30 minutes, it still felt soft on the inside, so I cooked it another 10 min, still soft, another 10 min, still felt soft, so another 10 minutes. It was time to go to bed, so I took it out and the next morning it felt really hard. Thought I might need a saw to cut, well when we cut it, it was hard outside, but the inside was syrup. Maybe I cooked too long and made syrup, but it tasted good. Howie's family left on Sunday morning and we got home today about 4. We had lunch on Friday with Mandi and Cortlyn at their school. Christopher goes to a different school, so we could not make the third lunch. We'll go with him the next time.

We went to church on Sunday. Maybe we'll be in our church next weekend. First was Center Hill, then last weekend we were in Elizabeth City at Mr. Belvin's church, and then in GA this weekend.
Good night. Margaret
