Bertha, I did get your message, but things were hectic at the office when my phone rang, so I chose not to answer. When I got the message, I meant to call you after I left the office, but forgot. Was planning to call tonight, but it was 9:45 when I was going to call and was afraid you were in bed. Edith is having surgery on her knee on April 4, so we've had to move up our annual meeting. Getting ready has been difficult due to Edith not coming in Monday until 12:30, Tuesday 12:15 and leaving 1:15 and Wednesday not until after 12:30, plus she has been getting ready for a board meeting today for the Roper(her other boss) board. She did not start working on the parts that she does until today and I have to print out this report and then that report, get this tax return and etc, and I also Mr. Roper, who no longer drives, home this afternoon. She does about 3 parts and I do 9 reports for the meeting. Mine has been done for several days. She was getting in a tizzy because she has to get the agenda to our President. I know she wanted me to come in tomorrow, but I worked on Wednesday night last week until 8 PM; worked Sunday night after we got back home until almost 9 pm and was in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I've done my part.
I'm also busy getting my taxes ready to take to the accountant. Don't know why I wait so late, but have worked each night this week until late. Hope to finish tonight. Talk to you soon.
