As I was telling someone about Gene's procedure, I realized, and have confirmed this by reading more material. They will take about 1 m around and down from the cancer in the morning and then they'll simply cover the incision and we'll wait while they check what they have taken. (about an hour). If it is determined that they did not get it all, they will take more tomorrow and will continue this procedure until they are sure that they have it all.
