He states you can "Quote" him on the fact that the previous administration Won the war that the current administration will takecredit for . This is based upon many elements the previous administration had already put in place. So, I have "Quoted" him as stated by him.

When I questions Gene about sending Chris' mailing address so often, he said he didn't know that he did. He didn't seem to remember that he had sent it this last time. Some times I worry about him. I know my memory is bad, but I think his is worst.
I thought it was a good thing, for those of us who remember Chris often but neglect to write him. Keep reminding us, Gene.
