I will bring my electric fry pan (my old one, Joyce, not the new one that you thought was too good for camping). I will also bring mydouble electric griddle. We only use it when the kids are home. It's great for bacon, sausage, french toast, and pan cakes.

I have a large electric rectangle griddle as well. Do I need to bring it?
Does anyone have a carafe? I have a coffee maker on the RV, but I have no carafe but I think it would be nice to have one to keep the coffee hot outside
