Cathy, probably two might be enough, but three would be okay. I figure for scrambled we need about two each, which would be about 30 and then for french toast, I think I make about 4 slices with two egg, but Lol says she only get about two slices for two eggs. I guess I put in more milk. Your mother may know better than me. She brought the pallet of eggs and I know I also brought at least a dozen. Don't know whether others did or not. I'm sure we'll have enough and have some left over. We always do. Margaret

I remember bringing one of those pallets of eggs like they have at Lowe's. I'm not sure if there are 24 or 36 in them.
