I think everyone is familar with "Caring Bridge, where people who are sick or have family members who are sick can post the updates. As Tommy's son has cancer, they post updates often. I have just read the following posted by Linda, Tommy Summerlin's wife.
"On a sad note, Uncle Eddie past away last Wed. Tom went over to be with the family in North Carolina and got back late Tue. night. Uncle Eddie was very special to all of us. Our best vacations were with Uncle Eddie, Aunt Joyce, Barry and Cathy. He was one of a kind, and will be missed by his family, his employees, & customers. If God needs anything fixed, he now has the right person to fix it. We love you."
